EpandMedia Assists Creation of Ads for Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich 2006 Re-Election Campaign, Directing Interviews and Cutaway Images

Len Epand directed interviews in Illinois with citizens whose lives and families have been improved by the Governor and his programs. The interviews demonstrate how Governor Blagojevich’s initiatives have helped the state, and why he should be given another four years to finish the work he started: The “All Kids” Insurance program of low cost insurance for children; Illinois Cares, which provides prescription drug benefits to fill the Medicare D prescription drug gap in coverage (called the “donut hole”); raising of the minimum wage; job re-training; and, in education, his strengthening high school graduation standards, with increased school funding, and expansion of Pre-K/early childhood, education, among other initiatives.
