Working with BerlinRosen consultant Valerie Berlin, EpandMedia’s Len Epand creative directed and produced the radio ad “Circus Tent” for State Senator Tim Kennedy. Kennedy defeated Republican Jack Quinn to claim New York State’s 58th district.
“Circus Tent” focused on the dysfunction in New York State government, with pork barrel spending and corrupt officials. The ad was sponsored by Take Back New York.
