Commissioned by ad agency SKDKnickerbocker EpandMedia sound designed and mixed web ad “What Is A TIF” and TV ad “Tomorrow” for Baltimore-based sports apparel company Under Armour.
Under Armour has embarked on a process to transform the Port Covington peninsula, a former railroad terminal in Baltimore, Maryland. The program will incorporate a city-financing plan known as a TIF where outside investors lend money to a city to help create new city infrastructure, offices, homes, shopping, restaurants, parks, and in this case a state-of-the-art campus for Under Armour. The ads explain the plan, and how revitalizing Port Covington will serve as a catalyst for significant long-term economic growth in Baltimore.
